Coronavirus, or COVID-19, is having wide-reaching ramifications for businesses globally and letting agencies like us are no exception. The lettings process has traditionally relied on a number of face-to-face interactions, but these are restricted now with the government announcement. It's extremely important that we follow the latest guidance on the coronavirus and have implemented their directives where appropriate.
For the safety of landlords, tenants, contractors and staff our office is now closed. All staff are working remotely to ensure business continuity where possible as well as supporting you through this time - Our rehearsals and preparations have proved invaluable .
Viewings, due to Government guidelines all viewings are currently suspended. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org detailing which property you are interested in together with a contact telephone number. A member of the team will call you.
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE - For EMERGENCY Maintenance issues i.e. no heating or hot water, water leaks etc, please email email@example.com. If you smell gas please leave the house immediately and phone the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999. If you can do it safely, turn off your gas supply. The gas mains tap should be beside your gas meter.
NON EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE - Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. This request will be logged and addressed once this time of intense difficulty is over. The majority of contractors are now in "lockdown" to protect their family's and customers - This we can all understand and respect.
